- Are your products customisable?
Yes. If you're looking for custom products—such as a personalised portraits or illustrations, or even your name on a cushion cover, mug, or journal—just let us know! We'd love to work with you to create something special.
Product Care
- How do I care for my cushion covers?
You’ll find care instructions for your cushion cover on the product description page—once they become available to order. For now, here’s how to care for them:
- Wash in cold or lukewarm water on a gentle cycle.
- Use a mild detergent.
- Air dry or tumble dry on low heat.
- Iron on medium heat while slightly damp.
- Clean stains with a damp cloth and mild soap.
By following these steps, your cushion covers will stay fresh, soft, and vibrant for longer!
- Will the art prints fade over time?
Our art prints are printed on high-quality Giclée paper, known for being long-lasting. With the right care, they’ll stay vibrant for years! To keep your print looking its best, avoid direct sunlight, as constant UV exposure can cause fading over time.
- How do you care for wood carvings?
To care for wood carvings, dust them regularly with a soft cloth, keep them out of direct sunlight, and avoid high humidity to prevent warping or cracking. For cleaning, use a damp cloth and avoid abrasive chemicals that could damage the wood. Following these steps will help preserve the quality and beauty of your carving.
Orders & Shipping
- How can I place an order?
Placing an order is simple! Browse our collection, add your favourite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your details and payment information, then confirm your order. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's complete.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other local payment options depending on your region. Just pick what works best for you at checkout!
- How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery takes 1-3 working days for most orders. We also offer next-day delivery—place your order before 1 PM on a working day, and you'll usually receive it the next day (region-dependent). Orders placed over the weekend are typically delivered the next working day.
For items like art prints, mugs, and journals, we use Printify, so production times may vary. These orders usually arrive within 3-5 working days.
- How much does shipping cost?
We provide free shipping on all UK orders.
- Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the UK and Europe only.
- How do I track my order?
Tracking details will be sent to your chosen email once your order has shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: Our made-to-order products from Printify are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including our made-to-order products from Printify. We only accept returns or exchanges if the item arrives damaged or defective.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We offer discounts to all our customers! As a first-time customer, you can enjoy 10% off your first order. Additionally, we provide exclusive discounts for returning customers as a token of our appreciation.
